User Experience Design for ROC
While this framework excels in rapidly generating HTML-driven pages with minimal coding, its usability is undeniably constrained. It's been the backbone of all products within a telecom-based company. However, customers encountered significant challenges related to navigation, ease of use, and the cumbersome process of traversing multiple screens and interactions just to submit a form.
To address these issues, a team of talented UX designers conducted heuristic evaluations and proposed enhancements, while visual designers refined wireframes to improve the user interface. These recommendations were then seamlessly implemented by the front-end development team.
The swift resolution of these usability concerns garnered praise not only from management but also from key customers, underscoring the effectiveness of the collaborative effort.
Employee Engagement App
This project was undertaken during my tenure at Apple. The objective was to develop an internal employee app aimed at tracking carbon footprints while also promoting employee health through increased water consumption.
Taking charge of the entire process, I spearheaded the experience design, from initial wireframing to the actual development of the app. This involved conceptualizing user flows, designing intuitive interfaces, and ensuring seamless functionality. The result was a creative and impactful solution that garnered recognition and appreciation
Pathfinder an Idea collaboration
This is essentially a web-based workflow system designed to streamline the process of capturing ideas from employees and guiding them through a structured workflow. This comprehensive system involves management and key stakeholders in evaluating and implementing the ideas, ensuring they align with the organization's goals and objectives.
I was responsible for designing the entire workflow system, which encompassed information architecture, case management, and overall user experience. By seamlessly integrating these components, we facilitated a smooth and efficient process from idea inception to approval by the organization's Center of Excellence (COE).
